Client Login and Reservations

 


Please remember that reservations are first come first serve. We will do our best to help everyone. We cannot guarantee service if you contact us less than one week before you leave. Some weeks are busier than others, so please call or schedule visits as soon as you can, even if you don't know exact dates. Holidays are filling up fast.  

New clients need to schedule at least 1 week before they leave to insure plenty of time to meet. In the summer and holidays please allow 2 weeks.

We must Have your E-mail address on file in order for you to use this system as an existing client. If we don't have your e-mail address you can call the office with it or just e-mail it to info@noworriespetcare.net

When we have your e-mail address this is what you need to do:

In the logic screen user name: your e-mail address

Password: please call the office if you don't know your password

Click login

On the next screen you can choose what you are wanting to do, just click on the item:

Service Activity: Review service activity (past and future)

Request Service: Tell us what you need

Password Update: Update your password

Billing Information: Auto Pay Setup / Update your billing information

 

If you choose service request the next screen is where you put in the times you need:

If you are needing us 3 times a day mark Morning, Afternoon and Bedtime

Two times a day mark Morning and Bedtime

once a day for cats, mark Afternoon or Morning

4 times a day mark Morning, Lunch, Afternoon and Bedtime

 

You can also put any additional information you might want to update with us.

 

 


THIS CREDIT / DEBIT CARD WILL BE USED EACH TIME YOU USE OUR SERVICES.

 

FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS WITH MASTER CARD / VISA (DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS) click on update your billing information

Do the above steps and choose Billing Information: this will take you to the next page

Fill in the credit / debit card number and expiration date, the address and at the bottom click on United State of America for the Country, system will not go if you don't put in the Country

Click update

This is all you have to do, we do the rest. On your service activity screen you can see where we ran the credit / debit card. We usually run the transactions once or twice a week. Depending on how many people start using this service.

If your card number changes or the expiration date changes you can update your card anytime.

 

If you don't want us to use your credit card each time, but you want to pay by Master Card or Visa  all you have to do is respond to the emailed invoice at the bottom where it says pay your bill now and then it will walk you thru the process. You do not have to pay a gratuity, that is your choice if you wish to do that.
